My husband and I just attended the Central Illinois Jazz Festival held annually at this hotel and in my judgement, the facility has done nothing but IMPROVE since it ceased to be a Holiday Inn. We have been guests here for the better part of twenty years and the snafus that do occur are treat immediately by the courteous staff. The food in the restaurants is excellent – they even made an egg-white omlette for me the morning we left. They have easily accessible indoor pool, exercise facility, and excellent lighting in the rooms for reading. Super wireless service, too.
