GOOD Based on 886 reviews Posted on Sean UrbanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The entire staff of this hotel was so friendly. We had a last minute conference here and they happily accommodated our group with grace and speed. Par, Pav, Vanessa and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our event a success. Conference space is great and rooms were comfortable.Posted on Amy FischerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can not say enough good things about the hotel and convention center and the staff! Super friendly and accommodating. They helped us set up for an event for 400+ people in roughly 24 hours, when our reserved hotel had to cancel on us last minute. would definitely recommend!!!Posted on Carly SchmittTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. amazing, spectacular, incredible. 10/10. big fan! 🗣️🙏Posted on Christine NeisslieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stayed a night with son, grandchild and dog as a mini vacay. Food in Sports Zone Bar and Grill was excellent! Pool is fantastic (hopefully hot tub will be fixed). And complimentary breakfast buffet was very good. Julia at the front desk was delightful and very responsive. Waitress at dinner in Sports Bar was great as well as the omelet maker/waitress at breakfast. Room and beds are very comfortable. Love the place and grandchild can’t wait to stay again. I booked a room on booking.com the room was listed as business king and the specific amenities the room itself offers are listed below the name, the website has hot tub listed first for the room I booked, and no all rooms do not have that option listed. When I got to the hotel I was hit with an additional $50 card deposit and $100 cash deposit that was not made known when booking the room. Then when entering the room I immediately saw there was no hot tub and called the front desk because, the room was supposed to have hot tub she proceeds to tell me that only their suites come with hot tubs and they don't have any more suites available and, that you cannot book the suites from a third party site. I explained to her that a hot tub was the only reason I had booked the room because it was a special occasion Julia proceeded to tell me that if I would like a full refund I could go ahead and check out. When I get down to the front desk I'm told that she can only refund the deposits directly but I will have too call booking.com to receive a refund which I feel like should have been disclosed when the refund was offered. Overall the room itself was dark and drab, less than impressive as well as next to impossible to find a light as the only switch I could find barely lit the entryway. I was extremely disappointed with the entire situation and won't be returning. Update: it is March 14th a month later and I am still waiting on my $50 card deposit to be released. I cantacted Mary the front desk manager and ask for the information that shows my card was not charged and was told the card issuer has to call for that info. My card issuer is cash app since I don't put this kind of thing on my actual card and obviously for good reason, cash app refuses to call the hotel stating I should be able to obtain that info. All in all still a nightmare still dealing with trying to recover all in my funds a month later. Please beware when booking with this hotel and booking.com first and last time I've ever dealt with either company and will never do business with either again.Posted on Anna McCoyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m not a usual hotel critic, but this hotel made me feel very unsafe, uncomfortable, disturbed. We came with a large group and many of us had complaints about stains on the sheets, including period-like blood stains and rust coming out of the faucets. I understand that some of these rooms don’t rush regularly, but it should not be this bad. There is a bad smell customer service. Some of the phone in the room didn’t work. There were several complaints about bedbugs including us! The keycards… it was a 50/50 chance they worked. We got 2 for 4 people and only one worked. You could tell this used to be a nice hotel possibly but it’s definitely gone down. There are strict rules about this hotel, but it seems like they were trying to keep up a facade. As i said at first, I’m not a usual hotel judge. I know the hotel staff deals with a lot of crap but the staff can’t be bad AND the hotel be bad.Posted on AvaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. came here for a showchoir competition with a large group of people. multiple people in my group reported bed bugs and took pictures of them for proof. they got their rooms changed but some of them found more bed bugs in the new rooms. i checked for bugs in my room and luckily didnt see any. rooms are dim and dated. the hotel itself is dark and the restaurants/bar/casino was closed the entire time of our stay. service was very poor. some people from our group reported rusted pipes in the shower and it spit out rusty water (a lot of the people in our group thought the hotel was haunted and once they saw the red water they thought it was blood which caused a panic). multiple people changed rooms. the air just feels unclean in the rooms. every time we woke up in the morning we all had stuffy noses and after leaving the hotel it cleared up very quickly. food was poor as well. i have a lot to say about this hotel and none of it is good.Posted on MollyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. BED BUGS IN THE BEDS, I HAD 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS AND 2 OF THE 3 HAD BED BUGS! Service was amazing !BUT BED BUGS AND BULLET HOLES IN ROOMS!
