Haunted Decatur Tours - The Haunted Decatur Tour is an entertaining, spine-tingling trip into the history and hauntings of Decatur. Created by Troy Taylor and Skip Houston in 1994, it is one of the longest-running ghost tours in Illinois. The tour is personally operated by nationally-known author, Troy Taylor and is based on his best-selling book, Haunted Decatur.
